Because of all the confusion going on in the world, Golden Shop would like to bring clarity about your orders!

First things first, we are still taking orders and shipping orders out. BUT, we are only shipping within the United States and Canada.

Before this corona-virus lockdown, our customers originally would have seen 3-7 business day shipping times. Shipping times and processing times were affected due to a high demand for our products and fewer employees working in our warehouses.

We understand this could harm the experience of our customers and is a poor representation of Golden's standard of quality. We could have never expected this. We hope every customer the best as they understand our situation!

❤️ To compensate for the delay, we are waiving the cost of shipping! Originally it would be $15, but we will cover your shipping. It will be free until the corona-virus and stocking delay ends.

Please allow some extra time to your shipping delivery time-frame as our brave delivery couriers are risking their health to deliver products in a timely manner. Feel free to contact us or use our tracking page to track your order. 

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

Yes, Golden's shipments are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Our teams are working around the clock to ensure the availability of our products, and continue to bring on the additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We're continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory. We are restocking thousands of units every week moving onwards to keep up with demand.


As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping on our store. This has caused a stock shortage and resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. Customers that ordered after March 15 may experience a delay in their deliveries. We were not expecting such a high demand for our product moving into March and the COVID-19 shopping influx. We appreciate your understanding of the situation of our best-sellers.

Moving forward, we have added a surplus of stock for our customers in April.

Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-3 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
